I’m Your Woman is a drama film that is directed by Julia Hart. The movie is from a screenplay by Jordon Horowitz and Hart. The film will be released on Amazon Studios, on the 11th of December, 2020.

The plot of I’m Your Woman
The first few minutes of I’m Your Woman exclusively defines the uniqueness of the movie. With the stirrings of “Rosemary’s Baby”, the scene begins along with a lounging housewife, Jean. The lonely woman has accepted her fate of being all by herself, as she waits for her husband to be back home from work.
Eddie returns home and shocks his wife to her very core. Holding a baby in his hands, he surprises her Jean by handing her the baby, and telling her that it’s hers now. Despite being challengingly confused, she accepts the baby without any questions. She knows how dark the scene is behind the curtain, thus, she never speaks of it. The power of the unspoken remains in the plot.
Eddie, having a shady career whose exploits are hidden from his wife, goes missing all of a sudden. Jean, accepts her fate and moves on ahead with her baby. Whilst she’s adjusting her life with this new and sudden change, less did she know what’s yet to happen. She is woken up by one of Eddie’s friend, Cal, who explains to her that she has to go on a run. There’s a car waiting outside, and this is where an uncertain journey begins.
Cast of I’m Your Woman
The cast of I’m Your Woman includes celebrities who are well-recognized for their outstanding performances in their previous work. The main character of the film, Jean, is portrayed by Rachel Elizabeth Brosnahan, a British actress. She is well-known for her character of Miriam “Midge” Maisel in The Mrs. Marvelous Maisel. She has also appeared in a recurring role in House of Cards, a Netflix political thriller series. And, she played a lead role in Manhattan, a WGN drama series.
Next, the character of Eddie, Jean’s husband, is played by Bill Heck. He is an American actor who has given the admirable performance on Broadway, TV series such as, The Good Wife, The Leftovers, and The Alienist. He also received the Grand Jury Award for Best Actor for his performance in Pit Shop.
The role of Cal, Eddie’s friend who wakes up Jean and takes her responsibility for the journey ahead, has been played by Arinze Kene. He is a British actor and playwright. We can recognize Kene because of his stage productions such as Daddy Cool and Lion King. In 2016, he also appeared in the TV series Crazyhead as Tyler.
