I was skeptical of buying this coat. I glad I did. The coat is GREAT! Everywhere I go people shout “Nice coat!” I got size 3x and am glad I did (I usually wear 2x) I didn’t notice a “smell” as one reviewer mentioned. I does help that I have a long white beard.
The coat is super comfortable, not heavy duty, fur was fluffy and not smashed like a few reviews said. But Fit is slightly smaller than expected. Arms are little short.

I searched the internet, trying to find a coat similar to Kurt Russell in The Christmas Chronicles, and I got this, Love this trench coat. This coat is really warm. I live in Key West and went to Manhattan in February and this coat is perfect for cold weather. coat was the right size, with soft leather and warm lining. Is as distinctive as it is comfortable.

Very close to the description, large size fits me pretty well. Sleeves are a little slim, but not too bad. Going to add some snaps to secure the closure, as it can pop open pretty easily.
An Important Note:
When I watched the movie, I didn’t see any hood in the movie.
That doesn’t take away the stunning quality of the leather and the fur. It may be a bonus for me but at least playing Santa will be more fun. Just need to wait for 2019 to show the students my new getup.
