I am not a fan of wool coats but the design of this one made me crazy to shop it and give it a try. I think it was my good luck that I buy this outwear some two weeks ago. Delivery was on time but the packaging was not of a level that I was expecting. I hope you will reconsider your packaging for such luxurious items. It should be unique and special not like average ones. Thanks for this new coat anyways.
