Order Cancellation Policy

We always care about our customer’s needs and expectations. That’s why we have made an order cancellation policy.

In the case of choosing the free shipping method, the following rules apply:

To cancel an order, you must inform us within 48 hours of placing the order. Our client support operators are always here 24/7 to answer all your queries. If you wish to cancel your order, you can request cancellation via Email, Whatsapp/Live Chat/Call Support.

If you request after 48 hours, then we will deduct 35% from your paid amount. If you request to cancel your order within five days before delivery, we will deduct 50% from your paid amount. We are sorry to inform you that you cannot request to cancel your order after five days of order confirmation.

In the case of choosing the expedite shipping method, the following rules apply:

To cancel your order, you must confirm through Email, Whatsapp/Live Chat/Call Support within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation email. If we receive your cancellation request after 24 hours, there will be a direct deduct of 35% from the amount you paid to us. If you request to cancel the order after 48 hours, then we are liable to deduct 50% of the total amount you paid to us.

There will be no acceptance of canceling your order after 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email through our system. Note that the amount of shipping you paid i.e. $29 does not count for the deduction. We will return this amount “29” Directly to your bank account without any penalties on it. The amount that you paid only for the item will be counted for the deduction mentioned above.

Moreover, you cannot ask for cancellation if the order is shipped, but you can get your total sum back by availing of a 30 days easy return policy. You just have to ship the product back to our warehouse.
