Process Of The Product:

Each order takes 6-8 working days after payment approval. However, our workers and designers work day and night to provide equal services to all our valuable clients. But, in a natural disaster and public holidays, the processing of the product will delay by a few days. If there will be a delay in your order’s processing, we will contact you via email.

We also offer expedited shipping where a customer can request to ship the jacket in the minimum time possible and for that, we charge an extra $29. The processing time for expedite buyers is 3 to 4 days after receiving the confirmation email that will not include the weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Once your item gets a green signal from our process and quality testing department, it will be forwarded to the shipping companies. Once forwarded to the courier companies, you will quickly receive an email along with the tracking ID of your package. However, the expedited customers enjoy the express shipping method that only takes 1 to 2 business days to deliver the item. While the person who has chosen the free shipping method will get the delivery of the item in 3 to 5 business days.

Note: the shipping companies do not accept the parcels on weekends and public holidays. You will be informed if there will be any delay in the delivery by any means.

Shipping Access:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation through email once your order dispatches. DHL Express and FedEx Express are our most trusted services; that’s why we collaborate with them. You can also leave specific delivery instructions for your parcel with a nominated neighbor or a specified safe place so that your package may be delivered safely.

Before placing your order, make sure to check all your shipping address details. If mistakenly there is an error or mistake in your address details, you can contact us before you receive the tracking ID email. After receiving the tracking ID, you have to quickly contact DHL Express and FedEx Express to make changes to your address. Moreover, we don’t ship our products to PO box and APO addresses, so we request you to please send the correct physical address while placing the orders.

You will automatically receive a notification about your order confirmation by email within 24 hours. If you are missing an order confirmation notification, please check your spam folder or other folders. If you have not received your order confirmation within this period, you are more than welcome to contact us through Email, Whatsapp/Live Chat/Call Support for further help! Make Sure that your order will not process until the confirmation receipt is sent to you.

HOW TO CLAIM FOR LATE DELIVERY AND DAMAGE ITEM:

Our team always tries to provide you refined products on time. But if the delivery of your order is late or it’s missing, then you can contact our team within 7 Days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving the notification that your item is shipped. You can inquire about refunding the full combined cost of the standard into your credit card or PayPal account.

You have the time frame to inform us within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. We will use the tracking ID to monitor the time frame. If the product turned up damage then you are liable to avail of the 30 Days Return Policy. Simply just Email, Whatsapp/Live Chat/Call Support to claim your refund.
