Shipping and Delivery Process:

All orders are prepared within one to two working days after payment approval. We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. However, our workers and designers are working day and night to provide equal services to all our valuable clients. But, if in case we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a delay in your order’s shipment, we will contact you via email or Whatsapp.

To build your trust in us and to make you our valuable client, we provide FREE SHIPPING OVER $90. But if you want your product to deliver urgently, then it will take 1 to 2 business days in processing and shipping, and the delivery cost would be $29.

Shipping Access:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. DHL Express and FedEx Express are our most trusted services, and we collaborate with them. You can also leave specific delivery instructions for your parcel to be left with a nominated neighbor or a specified safe place and the package is delivered. Still, if something goes wrong, the retailer will not be responsible (e.g., it’s missing when collecting it).

HOW TO CLAIM FOR LATE DELIVERY AND DAMAGE ITEM:

Our team always tries to provide you refined products on time. But if your order is late or missing, then you can contact our team within seven days. You can inquire about refunding the full combined cost of standard and dedicated delivery into your credit card or PayPal account.

You can check your product as quickly as you can. Sadly! If your product has turned up damage so you can raise an issue as soon as possible. Your right to reject and get a full refund is dependent on you leaving the damaged items within 30 days of the date you bought your item. This means that you have a 30 days return policy to claim your refund.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:

You will receive a quick email about your product shipping and tracking ID. The estimated delivery time is expected to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, but it will take up to 1 to 2 business days in urgent orders.
